The site to visit on Christmas Eve is, as always, Norad Tracks Santa.

They have a countdown to take off running, and they also have a Google Earth tracker. I hope to have a chance to check this site with the kids tomorrow. I think they saw it last year but when Jen asked them about it at dinner last night they couldn't remember it.
