Another hurdle jumped, but a new one has popped up.
We had the home inspection yesterday. It went surprisingly well. I expected to have bombs dropping on us left and right, but there was only one thing worthy of adding to the negotiations. That little addition to the negotiations counts as an additional hurdle to cross, but it's not a big one and we think it's reasonable enough that it won't cause too many waves. If it does we'll deal with it and find a way to smooth it out.
We are both very, excited...
and my step son offered to start packing his toys now.
