I don't get it. How do you get something like that and then not respond?

You don't know what I'm talking about and it's going to stay that way. I just needed a forum for venting and I chose this because barely anyone reads it.

Seriously, unless you aren't taking the situation seriously, how can you not even respond? I don't even mean say yes, I mean say something. Even if it's a flat out no, or to tell us that you haven't had a chance to take care of it and you need another day. Damn, just say something.
