Starting with the phone asleep, press the button to show the lock screen. Double tap the button and a camera icon shows. Press it and the camera app opens. Point the camera and press a volume button. The camera shoots.
Awesome.
Oh, and I logged into iCloud.com and viewed the location of my iPhone and my iPad. Both were where the should be (although it looked like my phone was in the parking lot).
