Today is an important day for my extended family. Today is the day we celebrate St Patrick's Day as a group. Today is the day we all have boiled dinner together.
Last weekend we had boiled dinner with the kids at our house. This weekend was supposed to be my wife and I along with my parents, my brother's family, and my sister's family. Unfortunately my big sister's awesome son has strep throat so they had to back out. It'll still be fun though.
And remember, if it's not salty enough to make your gums bleed then it needs more salt!
